[title]
If you are looking for a decorative modernisme building, look no further. Originally created by Lluís Domènech i Montaner, this house was designed with a workshop on the ground floor and a home for the family on the second floor. It wasn’t until the son-in-law of Montaner, Francesc Guàrdia, completed the renovation that the house grew to the size it is today at five stories. The floral elements, blue tones, raised turrets and protruding balcony come together to form the elaborate detail and iron-work that make the house so grand.
