Chris Ohlund - Time Out Group CEO

Chris Ohlund joined Time Out Group in July 2021 as Executive Vice Chairman, and was appointed CEO in October 2021. Chris has over 25 years of leadership experience in international digital businesses ranging from leading media brands, consumer platforms and film production. He has served on various boards including as Chairman of then-publicly listed Ricardo (part of Tradus) – which was eventually sold to Naspers for $1.9 billion. Mr Ohlund served as Non-Executive Director at Oscar-winning Condor Films in Switzerland, London-based internet start-up Shutl.com (until its sale to eBay), Facile and Casa in Italy and currently serves on the board of the UK’s leading PropTech, Residently.


As CEO of Germany’s leading online comparison portal Verivox, his innovative transformation leadership quadrupled annual revenue and increased enterprise value sixfold to over €500 million during his tenure of six years. Previously he turned around the digital business unit of “Blick”, a daily Swiss newspaper, to become the number one digital news portal in Switzerland, including developing number one apps in news, sports and entertainment. Prior he served as CEO of logistics firm DPD with annual revenues in excess of €1 billion and a workforce of 11,000 strong.

Neil Wood MBE - Interim CFO, Time Out Group

Neil Wood joined Time Out Group as interim CFO in November 2020. Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 30 years’ experience advising boards across a variety of industries. Neil began his career with Arthur Andersen as an auditor, becoming an audit partner in 2000. Neil spent 17 years as an audit partner and then management consulting partner in Deloitte LLP serving clients across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, retiring from Deloitte in 2017. Further to this, from 2007 to 2013 Neil was CFO for and Executive Board Member of the London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (“LOCOG”) having previously led on securing the Olympics for London, where his achievement was recognised and awarded an MBE. More recently, Neil led on Heathrow's multi billion pound expansion programme. Neil sits as a non executive director on a number of boards including the advisory board for the Dubai EXPO.

Didier Souillat - Co-CEO of Time Out Market

Didier Souillat joined Time Out Market as CEO in February 2016 to lead the global expansion of Time Out Market. He has considerable experience in both the retail and hospitality world. Prior to joining Time Out Market, he served as Executive Vice President for the internationally renowned Hakkasan brand, overseeing the company’s global restaurant portfolio. Previously, Didier held senior management positions in some of the U.K.’s top high-end retail brands, including Selfridges and Harrods, where he was Director of Food Halls & Restaurants. He also served as Director Food & Restaurants at McArthur Glen and as Managing Director at Daylesford Organic. After graduating in Hospitality, Food & Beverage from the Ecole Lausanne Hotel Management School in Switzerland, he started his career in the hotel industry, working in cities around in the world such as Dakar, Hong Kong, Nagoya, Bahrain and Singapore.

Sandy Hayek - Co-CEO of Time Out Market

Sandy Hayek joined Time Out Market Dubai as General Manager in early 2021, playing a critical role in its successful launch and continued business growth. In February 2022, Sandy was promoted to Co-CEO of Time Out Market, with a focus on optimising operations, growing auxiliary revenue and overseeing vendor relations.

Sandy’s career spans over 18 years in hospitality across Scandinavia and the UAE, including nine years in Dubai. Sandy holds an associate degree in agriculture and a bachelor’s degree in international hospitality management and is also a certified wine sommelier. 

Prior to joining Time Out Market, Sandy served as the F&B Operations Manager for Nakheel Group, launching Depachika Food Hall on Palm Jumeirah and the Food District at The Pointe. Previously, she held senior management positions within award-winning dining and retail concepts including La Serre Bistro & Boulangerie in Downtown Dubai and Galeries Lafayette, amongst others.

Eilidh MacAskill - Chief Marketing Officer

Eilidh MacAskill joined Time Out Group as Chief Marketing Officer in July 2022. In this role she leads global Marketing across the business for both Time Out Market and Time Out Media.

Eilidh brings creative and commercial experience having worked across multiple geographies in both the media and retail sectors and both as journalist and marketing & brand specialist. Having started out in journalism, Eilidh became an Editor covering culture and fashion; she launched the independent fashion title Happy as Editor and Publisher, rebranded American InStyle as Deputy Managing Editor and upon returning to the UK, successfully relaunched InStyle UK and Instyle.co.uk as Editor-in-Chief.

Eilidh then transitioned from media to marketing, joining Monsoon Accessorize as Global Marketing Director and most recently she was Asda’s VP Marketing & Creative for five years, responsible for marketing to 22million weekly customers and leading areas such as Brand, Media, Campaign, Digital, POS, Strategy and more. 

Eilidh is passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and was named Ad Age Woman To Watch in 2018 for Leadership in the D&I space.

Alexandra Rieck - Chief Communications Officer

Alexandra Rieck joined Time Out Group in May 2022 as Chief Communications Officer, based in London. She leads the global communications for the Group, including Time Out Media and Time Out Market. 
 
Alexandra brings more than twenty years of PR and Communications experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, media and e-commerce, spanning multiple geographies. Previous roles include Chief Communications Officer at Culture Trip and from 2016-2020 she was Time Out Group's Global PR Director, responsible for corporate communications and PR activities across both business divisions (Time Out Media and Time Out Market). Prior to that she was lastminute.com's Head of PR UK & Europe where she was in charge of creating and delivering consumer PR campaigns across several markets; previously she was the company's PR Manager in Germany.
 
Alexandra has a Master's degree in History of Art from Munich's Ludwig Maximilian University.

Stacy Bettman - President, North America & UK, Time Out Media

Stacy Bettman joined Time Out Group in March 2018 as Managing Director Sales North America before taking on the role of President, Americas, and most recently President, North America & UK. In this role, Stacy has a focus on driving revenue and growth in the Media division, leading the commercial and content teams in North America and the UK.


With 25 years of media experience across multiple disciplines in digital sales and marketing, Stacy has held Publisher positions at Hearst and Associated Publisher titles at Condé Nast on beauty, fashion and health brands. She has led award-winning teams at Allure, Marie Claire and Seventeen. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from New York University.

Tim Webb - Managing Director, Europe, APAC and Franchise

Tim Webb joined Time Out Group in 2014 to develop and expand the franchise proposition and the active franchise city network. Following the takeover of the franchise businesses in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, Tim was responsible for the Time Out business in APAC, focusing on business transformation and brand development. In his role as MD, Europe, APAC and Franchise, Tim leads the business in these regions, including the commercial and content teams, as well as managing and growing the franchise network. 

Previous roles include International Digital Director for Dennis Publishing focusing on expansion in the Americas and South-East Asia, Group Publishing Director (Business Technology Portfolio) at Incisive Media and Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. Tim has a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Asian Studies from De Montfort University, Leicester.

Andy Jones joined Time Out Group in March 2022 in the newly created role of Chief People Officer. Leading the people agenda across the whole of Time Out Group, Andy is responsible for all elements of HR globally, developing initiatives to engage, recruit and retain the best people.

With over 20 years of diverse HR and commercial experience, spanning multiple geographies and cultures, Andy drives leaders to develop the mind-set, energy and capability to deliver organisation change.

After starting his career in sales and marketing, Andy spent over 14 years at Diageo in a number of talent, organisation effectiveness, business transformation and global and local HR director roles across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas. Following this, Andy joined TCC Global - a medium-sized retail loyalty marketing organisation - in numerous roles, ending up as the Global HR Director and a member of the executive committee.
