Things are getting hyper local at Time Out Market New York every Tuesday! Beginning February 22, 2022, visitors to the Market will be able to receive 20 percent off drinks all day long if they’re a resident, first responder or worker in Dumbo. (Just a heads up: the deal is not valid during Happy Hour.) That’s right—we’re showing the community a little extra love every single Tuesday. Just be sure to bring some proof of identification to take advantage of the neighborhood-focused deal.

Get your salsa on for free every Thursday from 6-9pm on the fifth floor of the Time Out Market.  Instructor Marlene Veras will lead you through the steps to beats by percussionist Ronnie Roc for a solid foundation before you break out into a full-on salsa dance party with tunes from DJ Ray Suave. ¡Bailemos!

Dance the afternoon away with Latin Mix Sundays, featuring Ronnie Roc & DJ Torres every Sunday from 1 to 4pm. Special drinks will be available at the Time Out Market Bar to cool you down and spice things up between noon and 5pm, including specials like the Rum Punch Pouch ($12), the Very Berry Sangria ($12) and Modelo Drafts ($6). With great music and tasty drinks, there’s no reason not to come hang out with us!

Time Out Market New York and Violet House invites you to a night with award-winning Dominican composer, guitarist, vocalist, and producer Yasser Tejeda.  From 7 to 9pm on Time Out Market’s rooftop bar, you’ll get to sit in for an intimate concert with Tejeda, whose main focus has been to uplift and promote his Afro-Dominican roots. In fact, his “Mezclansa” was dubbed one of the “100 essential recordings of Dominican music” by the Dominican National Association of Art Writers (Acroarte) and his second album “Kijombo” received six awards from Dominican Republic’s “Premios Indie,” including Best Album.  

Celebrate the end of summer on Time Out Market New York’s Rooftop Terrace with sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline as well as food and drink from the Market’s vendors. All weekend long, enjoy your pick of delicious eats such as Pat Lafrieda’s world-famous hot dogs, burgers and sweet potato tots, Little Neck Raw Bar’s lobster rolls and Oyster and Prosecco package ($28), Jacob’s Pickles’ fried chicken and mac & cheese, ice cream from Sugar Hill Creamery and other great bites from the best of New York under one roof. From the Time Out Market Bar, choose from American craft beer buckets ($35) and juicy cocktails, including the Watermelon Heaven ($14) Ain’t That A Peach ($14) and Rum Punch Pouches ($15). Of course, there will be music all weekend from DJ Ignishun, Ronnie Roc & Co Salsa and others. On Monday, Labor Day, DJ Price I$ Right will spin tunes from noon to 6pm and MORESOUPPLEASE will take over until 10pm.  It’ll be the perfect way to celebrate Labor Day and have someone else do the cooking.
