Over the past year and a half, we've accumulated a lot of restaurant merch – from T-shirts and tote bags to hats and prints – all in the name of supporting local businesses. Want to take your love to the next level? Wallpaper your apartment in it!
Review platform Yelp is teaming up with home decor brand Chasing Paper on a new line of wallpapers that are splashed with playful illustrations of beloved local institutions. The collaboration includes three prints: NYC, Austin and San Francisco. Each city print is emblazoned with 12 different local businesses, most of which are restaurants.
In addition to being really cute (thanks to illustrator Amanda Giuffre's sweet doodles), the wallpaper is a feel-good investment. Ten percent of proceeds from each panel sold will be donated to nonprofits in each city that are committed to helping small businesses, including La Cocina in San Francisco and Hot Bread Kitchen in NYC.
Here's a rundown of what small businesses are featured on each print – available now on Chasing Paper.
